Pumpkin Casserole |
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
16 ounces pumpkin or squash soup
2 diced cooked chicken breasts
1 orange or yellow pepper chopped
2 green onions chopped
1 apple peeled and diced
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Spoon into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 450 degrees 20 minutes.
